The Customer Support Center (CSC) provides a direct link between district customers and various district departments through their central contact number: 490-3333. CSC is the central communications "hub" for the distrct community and acts as the switchboard for the main district phone line (482-7420), processing over 7,000 calls per month.
The department can be reached 24 hours per day, 7 days per week; calls received outside of regular business hours (7:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Monday-Friday) are processed and relayed to the appropriate department by an after-hours answering service.
In the event of a building-related emergency, do not use 490-3333 as a substitute for 911.
CSC also enters and routes all repair and preventive maintenance work orders called in by district personnel and coordinates estimates for improvements through the work order system. Over 2,000 work orders are processed per month.
CSC administers district utility locates upon notification from the Utility Notification Center of Colorado (UNCC) and coordinates the completion of the locates.
By scheduling property use, issuing, and tracking permits, CSC helps district customers avoid conflicts with scheduled school, maintenance, and construction activities.
Work Orders for PSD Sites
Contact CSC for facility-related emergencies. The public can also call 490-3333 if they see after hours building or site issues (i.e. broken sprinkler head). Schools are responsible for calling in work orders for routine requests.
Building Rental/Facility Use

To request the use of a district facility, please contact the Customer Support Center at 490-3333 and complete the Facility Use Request Form. Completed forms can be submitted via fax, mail, email, or in person.
All user groups must submit proof of liability insurance prior to receiving a Facility Use Permit. Poudre School District must be listed as additionally insured on the certificate. Key Policies and Check-Out Guidelines
Community members wishing to use district tracks and tennis courts for personal use may purchase a key from the Customer Support Center (French Field excepted). Remittance for the key must be exact cash or check only. Additional information can be found in the Track And Tennis Court User Authorization.
