Adjusted Summer Hours for Administrative Facilities (June 2 – August 1)

As we head into the summer months, there will be adjusted operating hours for several PSD administrative facilities. These changes will be in effect from Monday, June 2 through Friday, August 1, 2025 and are designed to support efficient operations while providing flexibility where possible.

During this period, the following schedules will apply:

  • JSSC Administration Building and Records Building
    Open to the public Monday–Thursday, 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
    Closed to the public on Fridays.

Statewide Summer Meal Program Returning to Fort Collins Includes Four PSD Schools

Poudre School District students and other children in Northern Colorado will be able to find a great free meal over the summer with the return of a statewide program. 

The Colorado Department of Education will operate 635 summer meal sites statewide to provide free meals to all children 18 and younger; this includes four PSD schools alongside several Food Bank for Larimer County locations. 

PSD Board of Education Seeking Qualified Applicants to Fill Vacant Seat

Qualified individuals interested in filling the recently vacated PSD Board of Education Director District E are invited to apply by submitting a letter of interest, a Notice of Intent to Apply for Vacancy form, and a Notarized Candidate Affidavit.

The deadline to apply is 4:30 p.m. June 11, 2025.

The commitment to excellence at Poudre School District extends beyond the classroom – it begins with the people who make up its staff. That dedication was recently recognized by Forbes, which ranked PSD among the best employers in the nation for new graduates. 

PSD earned the No. 254 spot on Forbes’ list of the top 500 employers for new graduates nationwide. Notably, PSD was the only school district in Colorado to make the list and the second-highest ranked school district across the entire country.
