Adjusted Summer Hours for Administrative Facilities (June 2 – August 1)

As we head into the summer months, there will be adjusted operating hours for several PSD administrative facilities. These changes will be in effect from Monday, June 2 through Friday, August 1, 2025 and are designed to support efficient operations while providing flexibility where possible.

During this period, the following schedules will apply:

  • JSSC Administration Building and Records Building
    Open to the public Monday–Thursday, 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
    Closed to the public on Fridays.

  • Support Center
    Phone and in-person support available Monday–Thursday, 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

  • Applications Support Team
    Phone coverage available Monday–Thursday, 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

  • Information Technology Center (ITC)
    Building open with front desk coverage Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

  • Customer Service Center (CSC)
    Phone coverage Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
    24/7 on-call service will remain available.

  • Technology Ticketing System
    Support tickets can be submitted at any time and will be routed to the appropriate team for follow-up.

The Operations Center will continue to operate Monday–Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and remain open to the public.
