Dear Poudre School District community,
Everyone belongs in Poudre School District. It is our commitment to create spaces of connection and belonging in our schools where people care about one another and provide comfort to those who need it. Wherever they go in PSD, students and adults alike should feel safe and able to show up as the unique and valued people that they are.
Highlights of the PSD Now Oct. 9 edition:
Poudre School District runs 73 facilities, including schools, program sites, office buildings, and athletic facilities. PSD values being a responsible steward of its sites and the public dollars that fund them. In keeping with that value, the district set out to discover new ways to operate each building as efficiently as possible and hired an independent third-party firm through a competitive process.
The PSD Board of Education and superintendent invite members of the PSD community to participate in an upcoming community engagement session from 6 to 7 p.m., Tuesday, Oct. 17, at Fort Collins High School, 3400 Lambkin Way in Fort Collins.
The focus of this session will be district long-range planning. During this session, participants will have the opportunity to ask questions and talk with Board of Education directors and the superintendent about district long-range planning.
Poudre School District's Calendar Committee is seeking the PSD community's input on future school year calendars. There are many considerations that inform the development of a balanced school year calendar and we strive to create calendars that take into account the interests of our students, families, and staff.

The PSD Board of Education and superintendent invite members of the community to participate in an upcoming community engagement session from 6 to 7:30 p.m., Thursday, Sept. 21, in the media center at Webber Middle School, 4201 Seneca St., Fort Collins. Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions and talk with Board of Education directors and the superintendent.
Space is limited at the event. In order to facilitate dialogue and allow for active participation by those in the room, a maximum of 20 seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
