Employee Online allows you to view and update personal and payroll information. 
 

Employee Online Login


With Employee Online, employees are able to perform a variety of functions including:

  • View/Print Check Stubs
  • View/Print W2s
  • View Tax, Direct Deposit and Deferred Compensation Information
  • Change Emergency Contact Information
  • View Job Information
  • View Leave Time Information
  • Link to Required Forms
  • Make Changes to Tax and Direct Deposit Information

Active employees: Please login using the “Active Employees” button on the login page with your full @psdschools.org email address and regular PSD password. Employee Online uses PSD Microsoft Single Sign-On for access. For additional information, please review the PSD Employee Online - User Guide. 

Former employees: Please login using the “Former Employees” button on the login page with your six-digit PSD employee ID and password for Employee Online (which might be your full SSN, no spaces or dashes). If you are unable to login, please email eohelp@psdschools.org.

For additional assistance, please submit a ticket using request type HR/Payroll > Employee Online > Access Issues or call 970-490-3456 to speak with the IT Support Center.
