Ascent Offers all PSD employees discounted daily and monthly memberships!

Day passes for PSD are now $20, monthly autopay memberships are now discounted to $74 (not including a $60 start-up fee), and monthly prepaid are $90 (no start-up fee). All monthly and annual memberships (autopay and prepaid) have access to weekly free fitness and yoga classes, free monthly climbing clinics, and monthly guest passes.

The Down Dog family of apps, which includes Down Dog Meditation, Down Dog HIIT, and Down Dog Yoga, are all FREE for educators. Fully customize each of your workouts and meditation sessions by selecting duration, intensity, how much explanation you want, and so much more.

Headspace now offers their meditation app for free to all PSD employees through their Headspace for Educators program. Be sure to register with your PSD email and select Colorado as your school location. Please reach out directly to Headspace with any questions.
