American Green Lights: Energy efficient lighting for schools; challenges, technology comparisons and environmental impacts.

Bethke Featured in Design Cost Magazine: Bethke Elementary was highlighted in the November 2009 issue of Design Cost Magazine for a design competition sponsored by PSD for a prototype K-6 elementary school. High-performance design elements including daylighting, exterior isolation, reduced cooling load, and displacement ventilation.

Bethke Recognized by the Green Building Initiative for Sustainable Design: Bethke was recognized in Industrial Environment newsletter October 1, 2008 for its outstanding achievements in integrated design, a healthy and comfortable indoor environment, and minimization of the building's energy consumption.

Bethke Green Building Initiative Case Study: Green Building Initiative's (GBI) case study on Bethke Elementary's sustainable design and construction -- Bethke was the first elementary school in the country to receive a rating of three Green Globes from the GBI.
