Pinnacle Internet Viewer (PIV) allows parents and students to view student grades and other information anytime day or night. Teachers enter grade information into their electronic gradebook and PIV organizes the data for convenient viewing at any time, day or night. Changes or an addition to student information is available instantly to both parents and students.
PIV is currently available for most secondary schools and is being piloted for a few elementary schools. If you are familiar with PIV, you may select all schools to login. "How-to" videos are available in English and Spanish below.
The PIV service is not meant to replace direct communication between students/parents/teachers or other school staff members. If you have questions about the information, have your student discuss it with their teachers. If you need further clarification, please contact the school or your student’s teacher.
Verify that the user name (student id), password (assigned by the school), and school have been entered correctly. If you need a password or clarification on procedures, please contact the school. Although PSD staff cannot troubleshoot issues with personal computers and service providers, we do want to share sources of common problems. Internet service connection/provider, browser, firewalls, and other security measures seem to be the root of most connection issues.
