As we celebrate the milestone anniversaries of schools this year, we honor the deep-rooted relationships they’ve nurtured, the countless memories they’ve shaped, and the lasting impact they’ve had on students, families, and the wider community. Kinard Middle School
Kinard Middle School celebrated its 20th anniversary on Sept. 5, 2024, with the Kinard Community Extravaganza, a four-in-one celebration! The event featured food trucks, a wellness fair, the 20th-anniversary festivities, and the Taste of Kinard fundraiser supporting their award-winning choir, set to perform in England this December. More than just food and fun, the evening brought the community together to honor Kinard’s history and share a memorable celebration.
Dunn Elementary School
Dunn Elementary School celebrated its 75th anniversary at their school on Sept. 28, 2024, during their Dunn Parent Teacher Organization Fall Carnival. Past, present and future families were invited to attend along with community members.
