Attend a PSD session about School Performance Frameworks used in school improvement efforts

If you’d like to learn about the School Performance Frameworks and Poudre School District's accountability process for the 2024-25 school year, plan to attend an informational session in September.

Sessions will be held on Tuesday, Sept. 17, and Monday, Sept. 30, from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the Futures Ready Event Center, 215 E. Foothills Parkway (Foothills Mall), Suite 510.

At each session, PSD Assessment, Research, Evaluation and Accountability staff will present about the CDE School Performance Framework reports and school accountability process.

The CDE School Performance Framework reports include performance ratings for schools. Overall ratings are based on achievement and growth on state assessments, along with postsecondary measures like graduation rates, drop-out rates, college entrance exams and more. These performance ratings help the CDE and State Board of Education make decisions about how to help schools.

The accountability process also includes Unified Improvement Plans, which are informed by the school performance frameworks, and includes action steps to address the root causes of performance challenges.
