For secondary parents/guardians and students in grades 6-12:
Español Graduation Requirements | عربي Graduation Requirements
Graduation with Options is one of PSD’s three district priorities. This work is about ensuring that every student has multiple opportunities to pursue after high school – whether that means entering the workforce, enlisting in the military, or pursuing higher education at a two- or four-year institution.
As part of the PSD Strategic Plan, there is work underway to update PSD’s high school graduation requirements.
Anyone in the community may learn about the proposed changes and why PSD is considering them at two upcoming engagement sessions:
- 7-8:30 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 27, at the Johannsen Support Services Complex boardroom, 2407 Laporte Ave. in Fort Collins
- 7-8:30 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 29, at the PSD Futures Ready Center, 215 E. Foothills Parkway (Foothills Mall), Suite 510, in Fort Collins
Question-and-answer time will be available at both events.
Due to limited seating capacity, please register here for the evening that works best for you. There will be language interpretation support for families whose primary languages are Spanish or Arabic.
The PSD Board of Education will discuss the proposed graduation requirements changes at its March 19 meeting. It is NOT anticipated that seniors graduating in May 2024 would be impacted by revised guidelines if the board votes to approve them.
Thank you for your continued partnership, as we work together to help every student achieve academic success and Graduate with Options.
