Introduction Video to C.A.M.P.U.S 
C.A.M.P.U.S (brochure) is a partnership between Poudre School District (PSD) Transition Pathways Program, CSU Transition, Employment, and Technology (TET) Lab, and the CSU Center for Community Partnerships. This collaboration provides opportunities for students with disabilities, ages 18-21, who have transition needs identified on their IEP, to experience transition-based activities to continue developing their independence, self-advocacy, employment, and social and community integration skills on the university campus. The C.A.M.P.U.S Pathway continues to build on transition skills acquired at the Cooper Home and Community Connections Pathways which include accessing community resources, learning to self-advocate and demonstrate self-determination, increasing daily living skills, as well as exploring employment, transportation, and recreational opportunities in the community.
- Services: Student-driven planning, job development and coaching, training in work-related skills, independent living preparation, daily living and social skills training, assistance with navigating outside agency services, guidance with higher education, assistance accessing public transportation, leisure and recreation activities and other individualized services.
- Eligibility: Students should have 4-5 semesters of educational eligibility remaining in Poudre School District, (approximately ages18-21 years old) and be currently receiving services through Integrated Services (must have an IEP), have transition needs documented on their IEP, and have an interest in pursuing additional community-based education. Students must have completed their credits required for graduation or certificate of completion prior to entering the program. Students interested in this community-based transition program should have ACE course work and internship credits as well as documentation of community based experiences. Prior to entering the Campus Connections Pathway, students may participate in a social graduation ceremony at their high school.
What does a day at C.A.M.P.U.S look like?
Students are transported via PSD transportation to either the Cooper Home or Community Connections locations. Upon arrival, students prepare to travel to Alder Hall at CSU. Each student has an individualized schedule based on IEP goals, work schedules, career exploration and job search needs, chosen campus and recreational activities, and required related services.
