The Larimer County Health Department will hold two immunization clinics for students at two schools in September. Students from any Poudre School District school are welcome to participate in one of the following scheduled clinics:

• 3 to 6 p.m., Monday, Sept. 24, at Preston Middle School, 4901 Corbett Drive

• 3 to 6 p.m., Thursday, Sept. 27, at Lesher Middle School, 1400 Stover Street

A parent must accompany their student. They are encouraged to bring the student's immunization record, if the record is not on file in PSD.  Documentation on immunization records will be completed by PSD nursing staff.

Cost is $14.50 per vaccine. However, no student will be denied services for inability to pay.
