Sixth-Grader Wins District Spelling Bee Third Time

Congratulations to sixth-grader Roshini Narayanan for winning the Poudre School District spelling bee for the third year in a row!

1772 The PSD district spelling champion correctly spells "viability" to win the event.

The Kinard Core Knowledge Middle School student became the district champion by spelling the word “viability.” Renata Orsi, a fourth-grader at Bennett Elementary, an International Baccalaureate School, finished second.

Congratulations also go out to the top 10 finishers in the district-wide spelling bee who will advance to the state spelling bee competition on Saturday, March 10, at the Colorado Convention Center in Denver.
